We practice beekeeping with respect for the life of bees and the large effect they have on our ecosystem
OUR APIARIES
All apiaries are in places around Evinos river, with a big variety of good forage for the bees
Our main apiaries are in the West part of Greece, just a few kilometers distance from the city of Nafpaktos. The area of Aitoloakarnania with its great biodiversity and is equally important for beekeeping. We are located next to the river Evinos, where the rich wild vegetation covers a large geographical area, from Mesolongi to lake Trichonida and up to the high mountains of Nafpaktia. The diversity of vegetation in these areas enables us to collect many and interesting honeys throughout the year. We produce small quantities of almost all beekeeping products: honey, pollen, royal jelly and propolis.
The beekeeper plays a key role in maintaining the health status of managed honey bee colonies and ensuring their productivity.

Για να ασχοληθείς με τη μελισσοκομία, θα πρέπει κατ' αρχάς να αγαπάς τη μέλισσα και ότι τη συνοδεύει. Η επαφή όμως με τη φύση, η μυρωδιά του μελισσίου κάθε φορά που το ανοίγεις, είναι αυτά που θα σε συνδέουν με απόλυτα θετικά συναισθήματα για να μπορείς να διαχειρίζεσαι τις όποιες δυσκολίες συναντάς.
